About Me
Early in my career as a tech entrepreneur, I would sit in church on Sundays feeling this low-grade anxiety and guilt about the work I was heading back to on Monday.
Don’t get me wrong, I loved my job. But I didn’t feel permission to love it, because I was led to believe that if I really loved Jesus, I would abandon my “secular” work to do “more meaningful work” like plant a church or serve as a “full-time missionary.”
Everything changed for me when I began to study what Scripture—not culture—had to say about work.
For the first time in my life, I felt freedom to lean into my God-given gifts. I began to understand that God had a much bigger vision for my work than simply evangelizing my coworkers or funding the missionaries on my refrigerator.
I started to see how God’s Word should shape every square inch of my work—from time management and goal setting to hiring practices and marketing decisions.
I developed an epic sense of purpose because I understood how my work mattered for eternity. For the first time in my career, I felt fully alive Monday through Friday.
Now, I’ve dedicated my life to helping other Christians who aren’t in “full-time ministry” overcome guilt about their calling and work like 100% of what they do matters for eternity—not just the 1% of time they spend sharing the gospel.
