I’ve dedicated my life to helping other Christians who aren’t in “full-time ministry” overcome guilt about their calling and see how God’s Word should shape every square inch of our work—from time management and goal setting to hiring practices and marketing decisions.
In addition to writing books and giving keynotes on faith and work, I work in the “real world” as the Executive Chairman of Threshold 360, a venture-backed tech startup I previously ran as CEO following a string of successful ventures of my own.

A sixth-generation Floridian, I live in Tampa with my wife Kara and our three amazing little girls: Ellison, Kate, and Emery. We love our church family at The Church at Odessa where I have the privilege of serving as an elder.
