Coaching Community

Overcome your time management challenges once and for all

Learn More

There are more than 60,000 books in the Time Management category on Amazon. All of these books promise to help you overcome your time management challenges, but as you’ve likely experienced, few actually do.

Why is that?

That’s the question I spent months trying to answer before I started writing Redeeming Your Time. After tons of study, surveys, and conversations with members of my audience, I’m convinced that most time management solutions fail because they lack 3 essential things:

  1. Coaching: While general time management advice is helpful, people want the ability to ask experts specific questions about their specific situations to fully overcome their time management challenges.
  2. Accountability: Whether it’s losing weight, achieving some other goal, or living out the Christian life, we all know that significant life change requires the accountability that comes with community.
  3. Integration: Most time management solutions (especially books) focus on small pieces of a large puzzle. While each piece is valuable in and of itself, it is most valuable when connected to all the other pieces.

I’m confident I’ve solved the integration problem with my book, Redeeming Your Time. But a book can’t provide the coaching and accountability most people need. That’s why I’ve launched the Redeeming Your Time Coaching Community!

Between the book and this community, I am confident you will have everything you need to overcome your time management challenges once and for all.

What the Coaching Community Can Do for You

With the Redeeming Your Time Coaching Community, you'll go from...

  • Feeling like you need to be productive → Accessing the depths of the gospel that free you to be productive in a peaceful, Jesus-like way
  • Work consistently intruding on time with family and friends → Your family being amazed and grateful that you're fully present with them
  • Feeling unsure if you’re focused on the “right things” at work → Being totally comfortable with what you are and are not doing at any given moment
  • Your day being constantly hijacked by bosses, customers, and co-workers → Feeling more in control of your calendar so you can get “real work” done every day
  • Feeling hurried → Your colleagues and friends marveling at how wildly productive you are without being hurried

About the Coaching Community

The Redeeming Your Time Coaching Community (RYTCC) is a seven-week program. The next round will kick off on July 7, 2022. RYTCC is designed to help you overcome your time management challenges once and for all. Here are the 4 core features of the program.

Weekly Challenges

Over the course of the seven-week program, I will lead you slowly through the Redeeming Your Time book. Don't worry: if you've already read it, you will get a lot more out of the book as you read it again with me and this group. Don't have a copy? I'll send you one for free after you sign-up for RYTCC! Each week, I will challenge you to do two things: Read a single chapter of the book and complete a small assignment designed to help you implement what you read.

One-on-One Coaching

Each week, I’ll be personally texting you to see how you’re doing and where you need help. Think of me as your personal trainer for time management. While I’d be a terrible personal trainer for fitness, by God’s grace, I’ve proven to be a great one for helping others redeem their time.

Community Zooms

As a member of the RYTCC, you’ll gain access to seven weekly Zoom meetings where I will answer your questions related to that week’s chapter and highlight wins from you and other members of the community. You'll even get a chance to discuss the chapter with a small group of peers on the call! Can’t make a Zoom? No worries. All meetings will be recorded and archived for you to view later on.

Virtual Community

In between Zooms, I’ll be answering your questions via a private online hub where you can interact with me and the other members of the community. This is the place to glean best practices from fellow community members, discuss each chapter of the book, and get your questions answered in between weekly calls.

Testimonials

Listen to this:

100% of past members of RYTCC said they would recommend the program to a friend.

82% said RYTCC overdelivered value, agreeing with the statement that "RYTCC is worth way more than the price of admission."

But data can only tell so much of the story of just how impactful RYTCC is. Read in their own words what past members have to say about this program!

"I had already read Redeeming Your Time and started applying some of the principles and practices from it, but it wasn’t until joining the RYT Coaching Community that I made real progress on fully applying the practices in my life. It was so encouraging to work alongside of other very determined and high performing Christians who were serious about redeeming their time! Also, I absolutely loved having access to Jordan via text when I had specific questions during the week. What a blessing!!"

Katie J.

"This book is AMAZING!! Oh my goodness! I feel like my time has been restored, and I’m getting things done without feeling overwhelmed in my usual juggling act. The best thing I have done this year is read Redeeming Your Time and join this Coaching Community!"

Hannah R.

"I've studied GTD and similar time management systems for at least a decade. This book and Community made me feel like I can finally put everything I've learned about time management into practice. Thank you for the great book, this great group, and the great tools to help me become a bit more like Jesus."

Curt F.

"I have discarded so many books a few chapters in because I just couldn't see a path to implementing the practices, even when they come with a course. I think the community, accountability, plus opportunity for coaching was invaluable!"

Lauren S.

"This community has been amazing! Walking through the RYTCC with others, hearing real-life frustrations, questions, and aha moments has been a huge part of my successfully walking out this journey. I don't know how Jordan did it, but being personally involved with each of us and making us feel 'seen and heard' was such a blessing and a major factor in my deeper dive. Thank you to Jordan (and team) for all of the hard work and love poured into this amazing, well-connected community! I am ever grateful to be a part."

Denise C.

"Jordan Raynor is an investor in people. Period. He exudes real passion for those in front of him at any given moment. The RYTCC was a huge blessing in large part because an individual cannot truly learn and apply alone the lessons of the RYT book. Accountability and shared experiences make the process so much more impactful. To this end, the coaching community provided ample opportunities for interaction with Jordan and with others in the community. God designed us for community and the RYTCC provided it in huge measure."

Why Trust Me With Your Time?

There’s no such thing as a PhD in time management. So how can you decide which alleged “guru” to trust? You have to rely on the perspective and productivity of your potential guide.

My perspective on time management is shaped by the gospel of Jesus Christ. There’s a big difference between a book that is “biblically based” and a book that is “gospel centric.” I believe Redeeming Your Time is the latter. As I say in the book, “the gospel is our ultimate source of both ambition and rest,” and that truth has tremendous applications for how we redeem our time.

But my perspective isn’t enough reason for you to trust me. If I were you, I’d also want to know how productive I am personally as I practice what I’m going to preach throughout this book and Coaching Community. Here’s a quick summary of some of the things God has done through me over the past five years:

  • Built two businesses that have created more than 100 jobs
  • Signed 7 book deals
  • Helped millions of Christians in every country connect the gospel to their work
  • Lost 50 pounds (and kept it off)
  • Raised 3 daughters (although, since their current ages are 7, 5, and 1, “raised” might be a generous term—more like “kept 3 daughters alive”)
  • Seen my two eldest accept Jesus as their Savior
  • Grew a thriving marriage with my bride

But let me make one thing crystal clear: I am not the hero in this story. God is. Deuteronomy 8:18 reminds us that it is “[God] who gives you the ability to produce wealth” and results. Over the years, God has graciously given me a wealth of knowledge and experience in stewarding my time well. Now, I want to help you do the same. I want to help you redeem your time. That's what the Redeeming Your Time Coaching Community is all about.

Money Back Guarantee

If you don’t feel like you’ve gotten serious value out of the community by the end of the seven weeks, I’ll give you a full refund. No questions asked. No hard feelings. Just email [email protected] and we’ll refund you your full payment.

Questions & Answers

I get it. You’re considering the Redeeming Your Time Coaching Community because you feel like you don’t have enough time—and now I’m asking you to spend time (and money) in this community! They say you’ve got to spend money to make money. Well, you also have to spend time to make and redeem your time. I won’t lie to you. In order to get maximum value out of this community, you’ve got to put in some work. That said, I have designed the Weekly Challenges to be bite-sized and very doable. Each week, it will take you 30-45 minutes to read a chapter of the book and another 30-60 minutes to complete a small assignment I’ve designed to help you implement what you read. If you choose to attend the Community Zooms, that will add another hour.

If you don't have a copy of the book, don't worry! Send me a message after you sign-up for RYTCC and I will send you a copy of the book for free.

Wins From Past Members

As we were wrapping-up the first round of RYTCC, I asked members to report their biggest win from the seven-week program. Here were some of the incredible responses.

"One of the most notorious goals I have noticed was the reduction of the screentime from my phone. I went from over 6 hours of daily average screen time the first week of this program to almost 3.5 hours last week. Almost 50% down!" — Andrés B.

"I was pulled out of the first grade because I was diagnosed with such severe Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD). That was incredibly hard for me for most of my life. But now, with these practices, I literally consider myself one of the most productive and focused people among my peer group. I don't even associate with having ADD anymore. I almost cried thinking about this a few days ago—how far I've come in my life. And a lot of this is thanks to the principles you taught in this book and Coaching Community." — Kelsey K.

"There are many wins that I have experienced as a result of joining this community and implementing the practices in the book, but the most significant is that I now have more margin in my days (which I didn’t think was possible) which has resulted in me being less stressed and experiencing more of God’s presence. I’m sad to see this program end, but excited to keep the momentum going." — Shyla A.

"Because of my commitment to my schedule and the practices in this book, I passed the 100-pounds-lost mark two weeks ago. I had promised my daughter I was going to do my best to lose 100 pounds by the time of her wedding day in December. Promise kept and now I'm aiming for 125 lost." — Paul O.

"I am so excited to start work tomorrow with our small crew because of the work I completed designing my “Time Budget” this past weekend. I sent an email with a copy of my time budget, giving boundaries to the crew explaining the cue for my deep work of being plugged in and scheduled. I also feel encouraged to set the boundaries of work hours since we own our own business. I tend to work any and all the time, but I see now that it's on paper that I can set priority for family, work, and time with the Lord that will bring consistency and peace!" — Hanna S.

"I absolutely have benefited from developing a workflow to process Open Loops into tangible Projects and Actions. It has vastly eliminated the amount of scattered brain energy I have expended, and has allowed me to carry less of that stuff around in my brain while I'm with my loved ones!" — Matt W.

"The whole book has been immensely helpful, and building habits slowly week by week has been a great way to implement things. But I'll say that week 2 was the biggest gamechanger for me. I've experimented with a ton of tracking/to-do systems and a few weeks in I can honestly say I have finally found something that works after implementing your suggestions. My brain feels so much more free, and the combination of having clearly organized tasks and a schedule for deep work means that I know I will actually do what I need to do." — Amanda C.

"I've refreshed my love for my time in the Word. Eliminating the "hurry" has resulted in freedom, more productivity, and enjoying my work. I am so encouraged with all the guidance, instruction, and the "equipping of the saints" I've received these seven weeks." — Lynn M.

"This 7 week journey has been fantastic. It was really helpful to put the puzzle pieces together. If I’d have to be specific: Reducing time on the phone, having deep work times, and building an all-encompassing productivity system for those open loops have been my greatest takeaways. What a great experience to have been part of this community with you all." — Danny A.

"There are so many wins. My “Commitment Tracking System” is a work in progress, but man am I using it daily and it is making a huge difference. Truly there is something in every chapter. I plan to start over from chapter one and continue to develop the habits to make this a part of life on the daily." — Sharon J.
